Henrietta Offae, 42, disabled fall alarm systems and doubled up incontinence pads for frail residents so she would not be disturbed.
Two bosses took a photo of her asleep during the night.
Offae was convicted of 19 counts of neglect – one for each resident – and admitted identity fraud for using someone else’s passport.
Ghanaian-born Offae got 18 months and faces deportation when she leaves prison.
Judge Francis Sheridan told her at Aylesbury crown court in Amersham, Buckinghamshire: “Your conduct was a disgrace.”
Maggie Tolliday’s 91-year-old mum Iris was a resident at Westlands care home in Olney.
She said: “It’s been difficult. I’m glad Offae got what she deserved.”
